Returns and Guarantee Policy for Fabulous Accessories Uk

General Returns:
-Returns are accepted within 14days of purchase, excluding bespoke orders. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of pierced earrings unless faulty. 
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
- How to Return:
  1. Contact us via email at info@fabulousaccessoriesuk.co.uk to initiate your return.
  2. Ship the item using Royal Mail special delivery to address as instructed following email response. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Bespoke Orders:
Non-Refundable: Custom-made items, including those made to specific measurements, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Exchange:**
  1. Email us at info@fabulousaccessoriesuk.co.uk to request an exchange.

  2.  Ship the item using Royal Mail special delivery to address as instructed following email response. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Exchanges are available for the same item only.

Lifetime Guarantee Against Faulty Workmanship:
-  We offer a lifetime guarantee against faults in workmanship. This guarantee only covers defects in the manufacture of the jewellery.
- Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- How to Claim: If you believe your jewellery has a fault in workmanship, please contact us at info@fabulousaccessoriesuk.co.uk We will review your claim and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements as applicable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

We will try to ship out your items as soon as possible. uk delivery would be shipped out the following day. it is kindly your responsibility to check your address is correct and that the  delivery companies  are able to deliver to that address. we are not able to hold account if your orders go missing once it has been shipped out.
